Mirror as described delivered on time & checked by myself and courier and everything was ok.No complaints.

Lovely big mirror just what I wanted. Delivered to the doorstep by only one person which was a surprise as I could have used some help to get it in the bedroom which it was for. Driver was polite though.

Brilliant mirror. Was worried with ordering Online from a website that I was not familiar with. However, I was very happy with the product which was exactly like pic. Looks absolutely fantastic in my hallway ( I had it hanging rather than leaning). Everyone who has seen it always compliment the quality and style. Definitely a stylish, classic mirror. Love it! Lovely mirror. Large enough to sit on the floor. Nice finish on the bevelled edges. Delivery on time and driver very helpful. Would have preferred another type of protective wrapping than the white polystyrene but that is more a environmental consideration and does not reflect on the product. Good value and any other mirror that size is double the prize in the shops

Easy to order followed by an excellent delivery service. Well packed so I was delighted that the mirror arrived safely with no signs of damage. I had to wait for some time before my handyman was available to hang the mirror in my lounge. Now that the mirror is finally installed it looks stunning and oozes quality. Even the handyman was very impressed with the quality and wanted to know where I purchased the mirror. He marvelled at the quality bevelled cut and the mirror’s glass frame. I was initially concerned that the large leaner mirror would be too large but it is a perfect size on the wall. The mirror has been an excellent choice and has added the final touch to my newly decorated lounge. Many thanks.

Unfortunately the 1st mirror delivered to us was cracked, but they immediately dispatched out a replacement which arrived the next day. Can't speak of their service highly enough. Would definitely buy from again :-)

Stunning elegant mirror with a clean simple style. This quality mirror is certainly a Statement piece without overwhelming the room. The large Luna Mirror was delivered by very helpful guys on the arranged day & time. Weeks later the mirror is now finally on the wall and the handymen were so impressed that they even took down the mirror details and the company name. Nice mirror, not showy but looks elegant in the room. Size makes the room look bigger. The delivery was about 3 hours late with no explanation. He also didn’t check the mirror for damage as running late although I asked about doing this. Process for ordering was good & good communication.

I wanted a fairly plain and simple mirror without a chunky frame and this one is perfect. It’s freestanding and leaning so no drilling required. Very happy with it and an excellent service, would totally recommend.

Really nice mirror. The first one was delivered damaged as it had been strapped in the lorry. The customer service team were very apologetic and quickly arranged a collection and replacement which we were happy with and the second one was delivered in mint condition. Great addition to our bedroom

Love the mirror. Unfortunately the first mirror arrived broken but this was not a problem with select mirrors who arranged a replacement. Only hiccup is with the couriers who send too many irrelevant emails. I am still getting emails now about my delivery even though I have had my mirror for about 2 weeks.
