I shopped around for an over mantle mirror that looked classy but simple and that wouldn't break the bank. I wasn't disappointed with my choice. Easy to hang and the communication was excellent even agreeing to deliver to my neighbour at short notice.

Excellent value. A good colour and looks just right above our Victorian fireplace.The frame is gold painted ( rather than gold leaf as more expensive ones are), and had some scratches on it possibly from the packing; these were acceptable since the overall finish is distressed and we wanted an 'antiqued' look.The 'carving' at the sides is a bit crude, but ok at a distance. Rather difficult to hang and get it level and sitting exactly on the mantelshelf - we had to buy special hooks and it took half a day.
