Delivery & Returns


Mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

FREE delivery covers England, Wales, and parts of Scotland, which we aim to deliver within 7 business days.

There is a delivery charge for Highlands, NI (4-6 weeks) & Islands.

We are not able to deliver to Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man and postcodes PH30-50, ZE, IV40-63, TR21-25, PA21-38.

After receiving your order our courier will call or txt with a delivery date and give you a two hour delivery window. It is assumed that any delivery address provided is an address that is occupied.

For those who are not able to provide an occupied address during working hours to receive delivery we suggest the following –

a)    Provide an alternative occupied address, i.e. a work address or that of a family member etc.

b)    Provide leave safe instructions during the website checkout. i.e leave in shed, garage or porch.

c)    If your only option is to take time off work to take a delivery then please be aware any booking made is on a best endeavours basis, not guaranteed.

Please check your order at time of delivery and if there is any doubt regarding possible transit damage please sign for as ‘damaged', please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.

If you are looking for a tailored delivery service over and above the options detailed above we are happy to quote for this using an independent courier with 1 or 2 men on board.

All orders are delivered complete when available, if you require your order in part over multiple deliveries please contact our team and we will re-quote for this service.


We want you to love your new mirror. If you don't, you can return it for up to 7 days after delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us. All return items must have original packaging; and has not been installed, used. We stand by our mirrors - if your order arrives damaged or defective we can help right away.

Eluso Ltd ta Select Mirrors retains the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed not to be resalable.

Once we have approved the condition of your return a refund will be made within 5 workings days.  Please note we do not refund the original delivery charge if paid.


Custom made orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. If you decide to cancel your order before delivery, you will forfeit your 30% deposit payment. We will not take custom made goods of merchantable quality back, once they have been delivered. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
